All orders are processed within 4-5 days and shipment can take between 3-5 days depending on location. Please make sure to provide a complete address and apt. # to ensure you receive your package. Once the tracking number is issued to the email address you provided, Her Beautiful Crown Uplifted is not responsible for lost or stolen items. All packages are shipped via USPS.

If you received an incorrect or missing item, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery. Photographic proof may be required.

If your items have been received damaged or defective, you will need to file a claim with the carrier, as all packages are insured.
